Learn from Past, live in Present, Plan for tomorrow, but don’t let past drain your energy.
Holding onto the past and continuously stressing over it, didn’t change anything at all.

Over-stressing and Over-thinking –
Maybe over-thinking helps you in some situations but it only drains your energy if you’re not taking any action and constantly over-stressing or Over-thinking about it.
So, stop Over-stressing or over-thinking about things which you can’t control as it only drains your energy and does nothing.
Sleeping in late –
“Snoozing early morning alarms, back to sleep again and not going to work”.
Ever happened to you? Does it happen because when you wake up early you’re feeling lethargic? But why?. Here is the answer: You need to have 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every day for your body to feel fresh and healthy. Otherwise, your body and mind didn’t work the best way they could have.
Fuelling drama –
People don’t give a shit about what’s going in your life. So, Stop fuelling drama around you. If you want to share something to heal your heart, just write it down in your journal or call your best friend to share it.
Complaining all the time –
Instead of complaining that the rose bush is full of thorns, be happy the thorn bush has roses.
Complain only at once. If the situation didn’t change even after complaining, then do not complain again and again as it does not affect the situation and only drains your energy. Complain less and be happy.

Trying to please others –
