1.Roasted Pork Leg
Here are the ingredients you need to prepare this lovely dinner:
- 1 roasted pork leg of 5 or 6 kilos
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of cider, divided
- ½ cup almonds, peeled
- 15 prunes, boneless and in pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large can (800 grams) of pineapple slices

4. RICE IN THE OVEN WITH CHEESE
Ingredients you will need for the recipe number 4 from the post today:
- 4 cups (small) cooked rice
- 1 grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 100 gr. grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (small) grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 gr. diced ham or turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (small) milk
- 1/2 cup (small) of cottage cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
5. Corn Cake
Ingredients you will need for the 5 recipes for today and lovely cake as a dessert:
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons ground bread
- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 shelled corn
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 5 egg whites
- 150 grams of grated Manchego cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil for the cracks
- 2 large onions, chopped in rings (for the cracks)
- 6 medium poblano peppers, roasted, deveined and seeded. Cut into slits
- 1 1/2 cups of sour creams for the slits
